No means no.
Separation means separation.
Uniter means not dividing.
This means war.

I want my country back.

I don’t want to listen to fundamentalist preachers anymore.

I think in that article, I'm most encouraged by the bit about Sharpton. Not that I ever epxected to be encouraged by anything from him.

    Poor Carol Mosley Braun.

I'm glad to hear what Dean's saying, I'm just hoping at this point that he has a chance.

If you are not, yet, We (the Democratic Party), need you, to join us--to build a government that reflects your interests, and to get rid of the the current debacle. We need you not only to register yourself (that helps) but also to go to your local party meetings and stand up and make us let you join us. Believe me the Dems are looking for all the help they can get, they just don't know, sometimes, how to ask.

for more on this, I would beg your indulgence to read my current posts on Coalition Government and Democracy Now (since blogspot is bloggered, archive-wise, go here Note: this is my own horn I'm tooting, but I'm not just looking for gratuitous linkage.)

If you are in Multnomah County, the local party committee meets every 2nd thursday (tomorrow) at 7pm at hollywood senior center. Come visit if you can. Otherwise, join the email discussion list and dynamite the pond.

Thanks for the link, Fred. —I should have also somehow worked in Barry's audaciously bold proposal somehow, so consider it done.
